Employment - Employment Tribunal - Bias - Chairman of employment tribunal refusing to recuse himself - Tribunal ordering employee to pay employer's costs of hearing - Employment appeal tribunal declining jurisdiction to hear employee's appeal - Correctness of decision.
The Employment Appeal Tribunal had been wrong to decline jurisdiction to hear an employee's appeal against the chairman of an employment tribunal's failure to recuse himself, and the tribunal had erred in making an order that the employee pay the employer's costs.
