In the claimants' parallel proceedings for the revocation of a patent owned by the defendants, the court, inter alia, allowed the collateral use of material, produced pursuant to the claimants' request for documents under Council Regulation (EC) 1206-2001, in the German, Dutch and European Patent Office proceedings.
