The Employment Appeal Tribunal upheld the employment tribunal's decision to dismiss the employee's complaints on the basis that the appeal tribunal were satisfied that its reasons and findings were sufficiently clear and did not disclose any error of law in respect of the employer's decision to make the employee redundant.
