Employment - Unfair dismissal - Redundancy - Selection criteria - Fairness of procedure.
The Employment Appeal Tribunal affirmed the tribunal's decision that the employees had not been unfairly dismissed by the respondent airline. The redundancy procedure followed by the airline was a fair one and had been fairly applied to each of the individual employees.
