The Case
The claimant was awarded 1,809.285 damages for breach of contract and - or negligence in circumstances where the court found that the defendant firm of solicitors had been in breach of its duty by failing to warn him that setting up a trust to run a certain project without any legal protection would adversely affect his position and would or might defeat his expectations for personal benefit.
