Children - Contact order - Direct contact - Local authority granted permission to refuse mother direct contact - Appeal - Correctness of decision.
The mother's appeal against an order whereby the local authority was granted permission to refuse her direct contact with her child was dismissed as there was nothing in the district judge's approach which could be criticised.
