Practice and procedure - Order - Charging order - Jurisdiction - Expression of judgment debt in United States dollars - Master refusing amendment to express judgment debt in pounds sterling - Jurisdiction of court to express sum in foreign currency.
In the instant case the court ruled that in relation to the charging orders and subsequent orders for sale, there was no rule which deprived the court of jurisdiction to make a charging order expressed in a foreign currency.
