The Case
On an application to annul a decision of the European Commission that the applicant and its subsidiaries had entered into agreements, the object of which was to restrict competition within the common market, the Court of First Instance held, inter alia, that, in respect of the investigation of the complaint made to the Commission in 1996, the total duration of the procedure did not infringe the principle that the Commission should act within a reasonable time.
