Contracts - Contractual term - Construction - Termination of contract - Termination on breach of any contractual obligation.
The claimant had breached term of its contract with the defendant by not paying the minimum payments on time, which allowed the defendant to terminate the agreement. The fact that a payment had been made 14 days after the last date for payment had not rescinded the breach.
