Companies - Winding up - Petition - Appeal against registrar's order - Company claiming debt off set by unpaid rent owing to it from company's director - Validity of rental agreement disputed - Appropriate course of action.
As there were various proceedings in Norway in respect of the company's director, the proper course was to discharge the winding up order and to adjourn the petition to, inter alia, enable the Norwegian court to reach a final decision in respect of a disputed rental agreement.
