The Case
The defendant's sentence of 12 months' imprisonment for eight offences of making an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph and an offence of possession of an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph was manifestly excessive because of the limited number of images and the absence of charges or defendant's admissions of distribution.
