The Case
The first defendant's sentence of 21 months' imprisonment and the second defendant's sentence of 18 months' imprisonment for an offence contrary to s170 of the was not manifestly excessive taking into account the aggravating features of the offence and parity of sentences, and would therefore be upheld.
