Discrimination - Racial discrimination - Employment - Jurisdiction of employment tribunal to hear complaint arising after termination of employment.
It was now settled law that where disciplinary acts occurred after an employee's employment had ended, the employment tribunal had jurisdiction and was entitled to hear complaints if they arose out of the employment relationship.
