Employment - Unfair dismissal - Reason for dismissal - Procedural requirements.
Findings of contributory fault could be equated with findings of fact. Accordingly the Employment Appeal Tribunal could not have substituted its own findings of fact unless it had established that the tribunal's findings had been perverse.
