The Case
In the circumstances of the case, where the defendant, who worked as a taxi driver, pleaded guilty, inter alia, to two offences of supplying cocaine and was sentenced to a total of four years' imprisonment, the additional imposition of a disqualification from driving for five years was inappropriate and would be quashed.
