Employment - Employment tribunal - Complaint - Time limit - Tribunal dismissing complaint on basis it was presented out-of-time - Correctness of decision.
The Employment Appeal Tribunal allowed the applicant's appeal against the employment tribunal's decision that her complaint had been presented out of time and that it was not just and equitable for the tribunal to extend time, on the basis, inter alia, that the tribunal erred in its application of the law to the exercise of its discretion.
