Employment - Unfair dismissal - Constructive dismissal - Breach of contract by employer - Consideration of tribunal's approach.
The employer's appeal against a decision of an employment tribunal that the employee was constructively dismissed was dismissed, on the ground that there had been no error of law on the part of the tribunal. Accordingly, the case would be remitted back to the same tribunal to consider the question of compensation.
