The Case
An order of the Crown Court, on appeal from a decision by the local planning authority to issue an amenity notice under s215 of the that required the claimant to remove, inter alia, all boats, caravans and motorcycles from his land would be amended to limit the presence of those items to that which was reasonable for normal residential use.
