Negligence - Proof of negligence - Establishment of liability - Findings of fact.
In the circumstances of the instant case which concerned injuries caused in a collision between two barges, the recorder had heard all the evidence and there was no reason to interfere with his findings that the accident had been caused by the defendant's negligence.
