Immigration - Asylum - Asylum support - Duty of local authority to provide assistance - s 21 - ss 95, 122.
Where an asylum seeker has dependent children, the responsibility for care of the whole family is that of the National Asylum Assistance Service, not the local authority, nor could there be separate responsibility for the parent and children.
