The Case
On the claimant's application for the continuation of a freezing order against the first defendant restraining him from dealing with certain property, the court decided that since the proceeds of the mortgage advances had been dispersed, it would grant an injunction on a continuing basis, limited to restraining the first defendant from disposing of, or in any way dealing with the property.
