Companies - Register of Companies - Restoration of company to Register after dissolution - Direction that no period of limitation should run in respect of any claim of company not statute-barred on date of dissolution between date of dissolution and date of order - Entitlement of third party to oppose limitation direction - s 635(3).
The Case
A third party who would be prejudiced by a limitation direction sought by the company being restored to the Register of Companies was entitled to be heard in opposition to it.
