Sentencing - Custodial sentence - Duration ||Burglary.
In circumstances where two juvenile offenders committed a 'low level' burglary, the sentence of 12 months detention and training imposed upon them was quashed and substituted with a sentence of 4 months detention and training, ensuring their immediate release.
