Health and safety at work - Employer - Breach of statutory duty - Provision of suitable equipment - Causative effect of failure to undertake risk assessment - Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998, reg 4.
Work equipment was not to be regarded as unsuitable for the purposes of reg4 of the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 when injury resulted from inadequate control or mishandling by an employee of otherwise safe and suitable equipment.
