Town and country planning - Planning permission - Appeal - Decision of inspector - Failure to give adequate reasons.
The Secretary of States' inspector had been entitled to dismiss an appeal against the refusal of planning permission, and in doing so, had been entitled to place weight on an agreement concluded when the site was previously developed, indicating that the site would be used for community facilities.
