Injunctions - Freezing order - Legal costs - Variation of freezing order to allow increase in legal advice budget.
In the absence of special facts it would be wrong to require a defendant to use his home as a means to finance his litigation and legal costs when he had cash or other sources of income or properties to fund it caught by a freezing order.
