Companies - Validation order - Application for validation - Validity of assignment - s 127.
On a preliminary issued concerning the first defendant's application to validate a purported assignment pursuant to s127 of the the court ruled that, having regard to all the circumstances of the case and the authorities, the assignment had not been valid.
