The Case
The code for street works and any compensation to which they gave rise contained within the provisions of operated in respect of works necessitated by the extension of the Jubilee Line, since s101 of that Act operated to displace the express incorporation of s13 of the London Transport Act 1976 into s29 of the London Underground Act 1992 and s22 of the London Underground Jubilee Act 1993.
