Limitation of actions - Limitation period - Time from which period runs - Tort - Accrual of damage.
In all the circumstances, the claimant's claims in tort against the defendant who had supplied materials to the sub-contractor under the main contract that the claimant had entered into with a third party as main contractor for certain works to be carried out were out of time.
