Employment - Employment Appeal Tribunal - Decision - Finding of fact by employment tribunal - Appeal.
The Case
The tribunal dismissed the employee's appeal against a finding by the employment tribunal that in some respects she lacked credibility, on the basis, inter alia, that the arguments forwarded by the employee on appeal were essentially factual, and the finding which was challenged was not of the sort which the Employment Appeal Tribunal would interfere with.
