The Case
A claimant failed in his action for damages for personal injury and consequential losses as the incidents relied on by the claimant did not amount to bullying or victimisation and as he had not shown that the kind of harm from which he was suffering resulted from stress at work which was reasonably foreseeable by the defendant.
