Insurance - Insurance policy - Construction - Voyage provision - Goods in warehouse prior to delivery - Extent of policy's cover.
A judge had been correct to hold that an insurance contract with a voyage provision covered goods housed in a warehouse for which contractual arrangements for sale had been made prior to their being ordered and delivered to the warehouse.
