Protection of environment - Hedgerows - Protection - Permitted works - Proper management of hedgerow - Removal of 100m of hedgerow - Hedgerows Regulations 1997, reg 6(1)(j).
Complete removal of 100m of hedgerow was capable of amounting to proper management for the purposes of reg6(1)(j) of the Hedgerows Regulations 1997, and, therefore, could be justified under that provision.
