Landlord and tenant - Covenant - Covenant not to assign without consent - Right of pre-emption - Lessors claiming declarations that they were entitled to be registered as proprietors of lease - s 17.
In August 1986 the lessors became entitled to an equitable interest in the lease commensurate with that of a purchaser under a binding contract for sale at a price of 250,000. of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 did not affect the validity of the lessors' right.
