The Case
The reference to 'any Regional Office' in r23 (3) of Sch1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2001, had no relevance to Scotland, consequently the rule could not be interpreted as including area offices for the purpose of presenting an originating application.
