Medicine - General Medical Council - Professional conduct committee - Finding of serious professional misconduct - Sanction.
The Privy Council dismissed the appeal by the doctor, who was in practice as a plastic surgeon, against the determination of serious professional misconduct and quashed the order of erasure from the medical register. The question of sanction would be remitted to the professional conduct committee for further consideration.
