The Case
On the facts of the instant case, the claimants were refused relief against the RFU and NuneatonRFC on the basis that the court was of the view that in the instant case there had been no complaint that could be justiciable under the court's jurisdiction, moreover, if the court had jurisdiction it would not have granted relief on basis of the claimants' delay and of the disruptive consequences of the relief sought.
