The Case
The employment tribunal's decision to dismiss the employees' claim that benefits under a share option scheme had been transferred to the employer, under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 1981, was upheld as the tribunal had not erred in deciding that the benefits could not amount to remuneration.
