Contract - Contract for services - Effectiveness of work - Breach - Claimant agreeing to provide defendant with staff to conduct drilling and related operations - Defendant replacing claimant's workers with own and other contractors' employees - Whether claimant providing competent workers - Whether defendant in breach of agreement.
In the instant case, the defendant had been in breach of a Technical Services Agreement which provided that the claimant would provide staff for the planning and supervision of the operations in the defendant's oil field, by replacing with other staff some posts which the claimant had a right to fill with its own personnel.
