Sentencing - Assault occasioning actual bodily harm - Disparity of sentence - Whether defendant's sentence unfairly disparate with sentence of co-defendant.
A sentence of 12 months' imprisonment imposed upon a defendant who pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm was considered, on appeal, to be manifestly excessive on the ground that it was unfairly disparate with the sentence of a co-defendant. A sentence of nine months' imprisonment was substituted.
