Sentencing - Assault occasioning actual bodily harm - Co-defendants - Disparity - Whether defendant's sentence unfairly disparate with that of co-defendant.
A 12 month detention and training order imposed upon a defendant who pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm was considered, on appeal, to be manifestly excessive on account of disparity. A six month detention and training order was substituted.
