Sentencing - Robbery - Plea of guilty - Discount to be given for plea of guilty - Whether sentence manifestly excessive.
Section152 of the did not oblige the court to reduce a sentence which it would otherwise have imposed in the light of a plea of guilty, rather it simply obliged the court to take such a plea into account.
