The Case
The applicant director's application for leave to continue to be a director of certain property companies pursuant to s17 of the was allowed, on the ground, inter alia, that having regard to the particular circumstances leading to the disqualification order and the distinction between the circumstances of the companies in respect of which he was disqualified on the one hand, and those of the property companies, the application was well justified, and there was sufficient protection for the public.
