Appeal - Grounds - Unsafe conviction - Complainant's family approaching media during trial - Safety of conviction.
In the circumstances of the instant case, a conviction for rape was not rendered unsafe by the fact that the defendant's legal advisors had not been informed of the complainant's and her family's contacts with a newspaper and their willingness to waive publicity.
