The Case
The employer's appeal against the employment tribunal's finding that the employer had racially discriminated against the employee was dismissed as the appeal tribunal were in no doubt that the tribunal made adequate findings of fact upon which it could properly infer that the employer had been guilty of race discrimination against the employee.
