European Communities - State aids - Coal and steel community - Making of transitional payment to employees by public authorities - Legality - Commission decision (ECSC) 2001/198.
The court upheld a decision of the Commission that, in the circumstances, a number of measures adopted by Belgium, which included the payment to employees of a steel producing company a 'transitional supplement', amounted to state aid.
