Contract - Termination - Notice - Parties entering into agreements for supply and licensing of products produced by defendants - Defendants serving notices of termination on claimant pursuant to terms of agreement - Whether notices of termination valid and effective.
In proceedings by which the claimant sought specific performance of two agreements which it entered into with the claimant, the court ruled that, on the facts, the notices of termination served on the claimant by the defendants were valid and effective and accordingly dismissed its claim.
