Company - Director - Disqualification - Registrar disqualifying appellant from acting as company director - Appellant appealing against registrar's decision alleging interference by Secretary of State with his private correspondence - Whether appellant establishing alleged interference - s 1(1).
On an appeal against a decision of the registrar whereby he disqualified the appellant from acting as a company director, the court ruled that there was no basis on which the registrar could have dismissed the application for an order disqualifying the appellant and accordingly dismissed the appeal.
