The Case
By the judicial review of a decision of the Governor of HMP Wakefield to refuse to allow the claimant to receive visits from his nephew, the court held that the decision to refuse visits to the claimant was not an irrational one and further that art8 of the European Convention on Human Rights had not been breached.
