The Case
The Employment Appeal Tribunal allowed an appeal by a part-time tutor, and remitted the matter to the employment tribunal, inter alia, on the ground that the tribunal's conclusions as to the fairness of the consultation process concerning the redundancy, constituted by the diminution in part-time work, had been erroneous.
